I got a late start as a senior with LSATs as I studied abroad in the Spring before starting LSAT prep. Over the summer I got a diagnostic of 143 and took my first test in September with a 147. I took more practice tests and new study methods and I was able to get a practice test of 153. When I took the LSAT in October, however, I received a 150. With all the new applicants and median jumps I wanna take it in January but I am not sure if it is worth it. I did feel good about jumping up to a 153 in practice and wonder if I can do the same in 2 months. If anyone is in the same situation or has input I would greatly appreciate it! Looking for any advice about applications or methods that can jump my score at least 10 points.

Just to provide some comfort, I'm in the same boat and working with attorneys everyday and everyone says to hold off. A higher LSAT is always worth it. January is NOT late if it means having a stronger app. It's later than applying early sure, but if you'll feel more confident in Jan, then don't shoot yourself in the foot applying now. Just make sure you're actually doing something to improve.
