They say it takes 14 business days to hear back but it took longer for me and i didn’t find out until I emailed them and asked. But I was approved for accommodations for MDD and GAD and i also had a short statement and provided documentation from the disability services at my college. If you have documentation from your current doctor I wouldn’t worry about not getting approved
