  Hi, I am taking it for the first time, too and I just watched this instructional (what to expect process wise)

  Look at the Khan Academy page on it, it's really brief. The gist of it is to have 1 paragraph arguing your side, 1 paragraph arguing against the other side.

  I dont find it is something you need to reallty prepare for if you are comfortable writing essays, i did mine on the 30th, was quick and painless!
