Do you read? Exercise? Drink 3 Red Bulls? lemme hear it.

I'm in need of a distraction. PT 88 just went, well... :')

I like to wake up at a normal time, go on a walk and eat a healthy breakfast. Then I will read or listen to a podcast and clear my mind. Make sure to include some motivating mantras or quotes you can remind yourself of!! I think most important is enough sleep and a little exercise to clear your mind.

If you don't mind me asking, what does a little exercise mean for you? like cardio? stretches?

Also awesome pic -- ditto is highly underrated.

Funny story, I took the PT88 LG section the morning of my January Flex. I also ate shortbread cookies, put a good essential oil blend in the diffuser, knit a little bit, put my phone in airplane mode three hours before the exam, did some breathwork from this Northwestern test anxiety guide.

For me it means going on a 20-30 minute walk outside, stretching my body out or going on a short run. Just something to get the blood pumping but nothing super strenuous. And thanks!! Fave Pokemon : - )

Wow, important question. I recommend banking on a few advantages

    1. Circadian rhythms
    2. Priming -- like "the shootaround" basketball teams do
    3. Sleep, as mentioned. I think this is about half of any improvement
    4. Visualization
    5. Conserve energy

Hopefully it wasn't your first take of the section (or maybe you're a LG wiz)! Also I'm not sure how to knit, but shortbread is delicious.

Dancing!! My preferred exercise and stress relief. Not graceful. I like to jam to some oldies (it was donna summers & pink floyd today) in the morning before working on PTs or studying. Makes it hard to take myself too seriously.

I feel this -- sometimes I'll do the same but w/ Billy Idol lmao
