Does anyone know how to predict the EXPERIMENTAL SECTION?

Is there any way to distinguish an experimental section?

Nope.
I wouldn't waste your time trying to figure that out. Just do every section as if it were being scored.
I have an idea about it but am not sure if others would think the same.
