I have taken the LSAT 3 times so far: 159 Sept 2024, 168 Sept 2025, 169 Oct 2025. I spent June - September actively studying, but have not done anything since the October LSAT because I felt like I scored 170+. August - end of September, I was PTing in the 170s, and haven't taken a PT since the October LSAT. I am trying to apply to T6 schools (4.18 GPA), but I feel burnt out and am not sure if I should retake the LSAT in November, even though I'm registered. I am also concerned that if I take the November LSAT, I could potentially disadvantage myself by submitting my applications later. I would appreciate any advice people have. Thank you.

I had a friend take it the fourth time and get a significantly lower score, and another friend score 1 point above what they scored previously. I think both of them agreed they were significantly burnt out.
To be honest, the only person that will know for sure is you! Trust yourself but be realistic.
I don't think you'll disadvantage yourself but I'm not sure where your located and the Canadian law school admission cycle is a bit different (so I'm not able to speak on that).
I concur with scaredlawschoolapplicant that if you're burnt out, you're risking a worse outcome. However, if you know that you are not burnt out, take the test again - you will not be at a significant advantage for most schools by applying in late Nov. the day of score release. Take the test again, finish your materials between your test and score release day, and apply when scores drop. You got this!
