What is the best way to acquire the paper versions of the question sets provided in each section?

The above link should help. Cambridge is listed above too, but I would hurry. PDFs are on their way out completely as licenses continue to expire.

I bought PDFs on Cambridgelsat.com and then had them printed at Office Depot. It's nice to have an electronic and a hard copy.
