It's a dull pencil that useful for bubbling but the admission ticket says only HB/#2 are allowed. It has no number (HB/#2).
Would it be allowed?
Are cap erasers allowed (no eraser on pencil)?

I would just play it safe and bring a pencil that you know for sure is okay.
They say that only erasers without sleeves, and not mechanical erasers, are allowed.
