It's better than any of the schools outside the T14. And I'll preemptively address the "But [School X's] employment numbers are just as good" argument. Georgetown places a lot of people into government. A lot of those people are choosing to go there…
Consult a physician for exercises you can do to stretch and strengthen your cervical spine. And whenever possible, you want to avoid sitting for extended periods of time.
Heating pads and NSAID gels can also help treat the symptoms.

Why do you consider the other T6 schools probable? With a 171 and 3.5, I think NYU is the only school he has a shot at. Columbia's median went up to 172 and the other schools aren't splitter friendl…

I have no idea who or what your source of information is, but T6 is doable with a 3.5 GPA and 171 (with probable exception of Yal…
Your GPA is weak and your major doesn't matter. Your LSAT score is great for many of the T14 schools. I think you should consider what schools you would be happy to attend. If your LSAT score is at or above median at all the schools on your list, th…

In the past, it would have been highly unlikely that LSAC would give you accommodations. Now and days, they are fairly relaxed in granting accommodations.

I'm writing an addendum for poor academic performance 20 years ago. Would this score increase addendum go in the same addendum or in a separate one?
Separate addendum.
If you're working 40 hours a week, attending 15 hours a class a week, and spending time on those classes I don't think you can squeeze in studying for the LSAT. You should focus on getting top marks in those classes.
I wouldn't even try nibbling at…
Look at the application. Many will explicitly ask about academic probation. Also if you've already explained your poor grades, your academic probation addendum doesn't need to be long. My PS covered poor grades, so I limited my academic probation ad…

On the first day, your professors will ask you to line up based on your LSAT score. The students with the top scores get to sit in the front of the class.

I think you'd need really narrow goals (e.g. just want a JD) to pick a TT over the five schools the OP mentioned.

I didn't get accommodations, but I'll chime in. I think you should ask for 2x. But you can take PTs with 1.5x and 2x and see how you do.
LSAC is a lot more accommodation friendly these days. Asking for 2x doesn't preclude you from getting 1.5x.
