I do have a class to teach at 7:55pm EST, but it's only for 50 minutes and I can come back. The 5pm EST start time sounds great and if we can finish by 11pm, even better!

We do need to break it up, it seemed like that people did 2 sections and then we called it a night/day/Hawai'i luau. Maybe it's early and once people get settled, it'll be more streamlined.

I will be taking my test in GZ or HK either in June or September. The HKU campus is more segregated from the rest of HK, but it's a big city in a small space of land.
