The CC questions come from PTs 1-35, then, for full exams, you'll want at minimum the 20-30 most recent PTs . However, I recommend just biting the bullet now and buying every PT you can get your hands on.

I'm not 100% but I think as long as it is in the ziplock, yes, you should be fine. I haven't heard of someone doing it with protein powder, but I know of someone who did this with something similar. (meal replacement shake)

There isn't one specific answer. I know of 2 people who received Columbia waivers. Their scores ranged between 167-171. One of the applicants was a URM, so not sure if that changed the calculus at all...
