Thanks for all the helpful feedback guys. Keep it coming!
Right now I'm sort of keeping track of when everyone wants to begin, and what the best times and days are to start.
From the messages/comments I've received so far, it looks like the best t…
I think with a 170+ LSAT score you would be a contender for the lower T14. I'll be honest, I think if I were someone in your shoes (non-traditional, great military softs, etc) I would hire @"David.Busis" to help you with your application package. I …
Nope. I doubt it will. Most admissions consultants are professionals and they honestly don't care enough to make sure you don't get into your dream school.
Edited* CantGetRight made some great points below that made me rethink my logic.
I think you have some average softs for which the schools you are applying to. Though I'm not that familiar with the importance of softs vis-a-vis Canadian LS admissions.
Any particular advice you are looking for?

I want to know the pro's/ con's about transferring law schools after the 1st year. Is it a common practice? Is it difficult to do so? Any input would be appreciated!

Yes, certainly take at least a week off in order to refresh yourself. You'll do much better when you come back.
I hope you killed the September test though, this way you don't have to retake

Thanks for your input! We will definitely try to find the best way so that these groups are at a time when as many people can make it as possible.

I'm really bad about writing on my master game boards. I write in really lightly and erase after each question. It's not a good thing to do. I'd've totally adopted this if I were going to test again.

If you're interested in big law, being 30 or so won't hinder your chances. Could even be spun into a positive. Just understand that your first year peers may be a few years younger than you.
