Aside from the miscellaneous game that abound in earlier preptests, which of the earlier games are not representative of what LSAC is likely to throw at us? Granted, some of the rules are a bit different (e.g. conditional rules…
I think being a morning person or not is somewhat genetic, at least from what I've read. I suppose you can try the normal advice of going to bed earlier and waking up earlier, but who knows if that will work. I just think eventually you'll get used …
@Sarah_39
Hey Sarah,
I'm sorry to hear you're feeling a bit unmotivated right now. I truly think you may just need to take a few days off from LSAT prep because I think you're likely burned out. Give yourself permission to maybe do something else…
I honestly don't think that kind of jump will be possible within the next month. I would highly recommend postponing to December.
I think the best strategy is taking timed tests, timed sections, and blind review.

This may just be me, so take it for what it is worth, but I think changing the LG foolproof bundle to include all LG games from 60s and 70s would be perhaps more useful that games from 20s and 30s. I mean they are ALL g…
One thing you can do to help re-set your internal clock is to take a practice section with a stop watch counting up. Push the pace but don't rush like you have been. This will hopefully help you try to get back to a pace you are comfortable with.
I'm going to go ahead and cast my vote for postponing. I truly believe that if you give yourself the extra time, a 160 will be so doable that you may want to aim for a 165+
Also, I have no doubt you can raise your score to a 160 by the September te…

Yeah, some of those older tests can be hard to find. I think another option may be looking at Amazon for Powerscore or MLSAT's workbooks/drill by type books. I think I had come across one that had games from PTs 1-40 or something along those lines.

I would begin at PT1 and worked my way up. You will encounter the games that JY teaches again as you go through the LG bundle.

Not to my knowledge. How badass would it be to show up with some flat carpenter pencils?

Like it or not, our writing utensils are one of the only things regarding LSAT that we have complete control over. We tend to take comfort in such things. Hence, the obsession.
This may explain a lot of it!
