My GPA is a 3.56, but I have all A's in my classes (I'm taking 6 right now) and will be taking 2 winter classes in January in which I will also aim for A's so I'm hoping for a 3.6 by the end of those classes, and a high 3.6/3.7…

Our goal is the strengthen the hypothesis (conclusion).
A. Correct; this would be true because it strengthens the causal reasoning. Since dogs don't chase humans (no cause), humans aren't as light footed as cats (no ef…

For example, let us consider this argument:
Premise: Larry ate chocolate ice cream.
Conclusion: Larry must be happy.
The flaw of this argument is that it assumes that Larry's consumption of chocolate ice cream is…
Yep. List em all. On my resume even, I have a section for scholarships and awards. I break down the awards by award type and then just list the years to make it cleaner. (Dean's List - Fall 2017, Spring 2018, Fall 2018, etc)

Hi all!
I just got an awesome job offer that would require me to submit my applications as a part time evening law student rather than full time. ....but I'm not sure if that's doable for someone who is not a superhuman…
Next weekend, the weekend we should be learning our scores, is another law school visit day for me. I have a feeling I found the one I prefer so far, but ya never know until you go check it out. Definitely helping me to keep my eye on the ball.
I had the snifflers all over, a few coughers. Not super horrible. I almost started getting into the rhythm of my neighbors' constant sniffles. LoL. Gotta love cold and flu season.
I had two RC's. Not sure which was which. One about Golden Age film techniques. I forget the others. My head hurts. One section was significantly harder then the other, I think. Hoping the easier one was legit. LoL.
And miners should just go home.…

I actually had to suppress a laugh when the bonobos monkey question came up
I struggled. Open it to the first page, and Bam! Monkeys.
One clarifying: Skipping Q's is okay. But when you circle in the booklet and move on, forget it and focus on the next question is what I mean. Go back when you have time, but dont let that question sit in your head when you have others to do.
Never take a PT and score it right before a testing. It just messes with you if you happen to get a low score.
A friend in a competitive sport once said that it's not who is the best that wins, but the best that day. You are going to have up and do…
LoL. Try that being your first LSAT take! I scored 4+ points lower than my PT average. Total kick to the teeth there.
But, it was good in that future testings will always compare to that mess, and so I am much more relaxed going in again.
Also…
It's already paid for... might as well see how it really is. You can always cancel if you really feel like you bombed it. And while an adcom might choose someone who took the test once and got a 165 vs your hypothetical 3 or 4 tries to get a 165, I …
You literally have to finish the section, and completely reboot your head. The last section does not matter. The future sections do not matter. The only thing that matters is the question in front of you. You just have to learn how to be in the mo…
Yay! Some new folk!
Thanks again to Selene for being a part of last night's office hours. And of course, to David. I love that you all do those things for us.

You read my mind on this one. LoL.
Good posts!
Omg, yes. I am in a very overloaded semester (16 cr hours), and so far, I have been maintaining a 4.33 average. I can't stress enough how hard it is to keep up enough to get that. Sixteen credits of 4.33 can push my gpa just a tiny smidge more, and…
Yep. I kept getting weird headaches when I was hard core studying lsat materials and books along with school. I went to a chiropractor who asked if I had been reading books a lot lately. Bingo. I went and saw him a few times, and it helped signifi…

Quick Question! With the Cersei v. Olenna scene, the logic confirms that Cersei is not half as smart as she thinks she is, but that doesn't necessarily preclude her being more than half as smart, does it? Just that she's…
