Hahaha! I totally get it. This test makes everyone angry. An emotional rollercoaster, really.
Okay, so I think it’s a question stem to distinguish it from questions in the passage or in the stimulus. Sometimes they have those questions in there, an…
Hello there!! I am guessing you should continue to BR and maybe even BR higher than your goal.
Then just take practice tests so you get comfortable with the pace!
I think it depends on RC I would call it a passage, but for LR it definitely isn’t a passage because it’s a little blurb, so a stimulus sounds more fitting.
Hey @EbethStudent16 !!!!
Good luck!!
Just keep at it and it will pay off. I scored my first -3 timed and untimed. so it has been working well for me so far.
Just keep trying to implement new strategies and see what works. The worst questions are …
@emmorens
Hi there!! I might just have an answer to my own question.
Today I was doing a RC drill and got -4 timed and untimed.
I would say that so far I am experimenting with either giving the passage more time or the answer choices more time, a…
I think that’s normal! To prevent regression again you can try to still incorporate lg in your studies regularly.
This happened to me too and I just needed to warm up to it again. It is best to keep it sharp
Uhmmmm.
So I got that opinion from feelings is more unstable than opinion from argument.
When you have an opinion from argument refuted it can shake your conviction.
When you have an opinion from argument it can't be reached by argument, and you …
I also struggle with RC! I would say that the technique that JY recommends is more for improving our short-term memory, and it's not something we implement during the actual test day.
Right now I am trying to master RC by following all those steps …
It’s really up to you! Unlike others here I like to start from the beginning, so I am working through some old material to give me foundation and when I am comfortable I am planning on taking timed tests!
This has not happened to me just yet, but I don’t see harm in taking timed sections right now! Give yourself structured time to do untimed tests and then schedule in timed tests every now and then.
In my personal opinion having a solid foundation i…
AMAZING!!
December is just right on time. There’s a timeline on 7Sage for admissions, and they say that December is typical and normally when people submit their applications.
Good luck to you
Hi there!!
Don’t worry. Even though you are not getting the scores you want, you CAN get the scores you want. Before you sign up for an official exam make sure you are achieving your goal scores during practice tests.
I think most people need like…
I am also planning to take the Feb & April LSAT with a similar goal score.
For myself, I finished going through the common core and now in the process of fool proofing games and blind reviewing logical reasoning. I am starting from PT1 and maki…
This is amazing!!!! Congratulations. I see you post every day and I know you deserve it.
You even helped me on one of my questions!
I’ll be following those foot steps.
Have you completed all PTs or working through them?
I personally like to go by exam, because it is easier to keep track of where I left off and how I am doing per section.
At the end of the day it is pretty much a personal choice and what helps you feel most comfortable with the material!
If the median is 3.8 and someone applies with a 3.75, it is technically below the median.
When it comes to higher GPAs, .05 difference seems to be more impressive. For example someone with a 3.95 vs a 3.90 or a 4.00 vs. a 3.95. Though with lower GP…
