Hello @jonrobertswork did you do a diagnostic for LG? Are you familiar with the game types? If so, we could discuss mapping and form that helps when you begin LG drilling.
If you feel that you'd like to spend this time on LR only, feel free to mes…
No problem! I convert my preptest after and check "LSAT Flex mode" before I save and score.
Just keep in my mind that it erases your attempt at the second LR so collect everything you need from it before changing the scoring method.
Hey @haleyj95, I can definitely relate! I begun studying again after the pandemic started and after reading the LSAT Trainer and other books, I was still at the same score I started with. At the beginning of this year, I started PTing regularly with…
Hey!
It's helped to take the full test. After, I score it to see how I did on time and raw score on the LR section. After getting this data, I usually convert it into Flex after the fact so that I can see the score in flex.
Just FYI, I found that …
Hey!
So when looking at the question, I took precondition to mean necessary assumption.
Here is my conditional relationship below:

Hey!
It's great that you're redoing them after reviewing the video lessons! If you space out your practice and you follow a form when redoing the games, you'll be alright. The thing with LG is, when you pick an answer choice, you have to show how t…
Hey!
BR helps to identify the ones missed due to time, misreading, and comprehension. The ones missed during BR also shows the conceptual gaps that could be worked on like inference v. must be true, author's tone, and structure.
I've been tagging …
Hey!
I'm working on the author's tone and opinion as well since that's where my weaknesses are. But I can help with inference questions. For these questions, it's important to choose answers that are provable. I know for LR, we usually have to conn…
Hey! No problem.
Below was my thought process while doing the question..
Paradox-using headlights all the time is safer compared to just using it when it is needed.
But when they make it mandatory to use all the time, the collisions didn't decrea…
I remember listening to a podcast that said it was innate and there was really no point in studying. It really shot my confidence because I started out at 147. BUT studying now and seeing improvement, I can definitely say it is acquired. There may b…
Hey!
For sections in RC, the best advice I got was to approach each question with the perception that the answer must be provable. This means that each answer I choose must be supported by the passage. This advice helped me eliminate any bias I had…
@fullstop I need to work on my question type strategies. The question types I have a straightforward strategy for are:
Sufficient Assumption: draw and link conditionals.
Flaw: Find the gap between the premise and conclusion
Necessary Assumption: n…
@canihazJD thanks for your comment! It is my translation and question type strategies that are lacking right now. I'll go back to the Loophole book to reread the question type strategies and practice drilling blind translation after. Did you use a d…
@brookegojazz
I've recently started skipping but I find that I still don't have enough time to dedicate the necessary time for the curve breaker questions, so I'll have to work on my timing on earlier questions.
Hey! I've gotten these two pieces of advice from others in this forum and they've been super helpful. 1) Spend more time on the passage-I used to rush straight to the questions after reading and got stuck on questions. But I realized that the conten…
I agree with @"Burden.of.Floof", when you begin doing timed sections, it also really helps to do low res for each of the paragraphs. It helps to track the train of thought of the passage and helps to remember the important things that were said.
Hey,
I just want to say I relate to this. I was listening to the 7sage podcast a few weeks ago and found Sami's advice from the 7sage podcast super helpful.
