Yeah mine had a slightly different feel, but, fortunately, it seemed really straightforward and didn't seem to attack my weaknesses as much as some of the other 70s.

I would usually do immediately. But sometimes that couldn't work because I was just spent and couldn't focus. I didn't find it made a huge difference - it just depends on what you want your schedule to look like.

I was averaging 171 before PT 72, then I got a little wobbly, dipping down into the 160s once I started the 170s. Average for the 70s series was 169
