I guess the junction I'm at is should I be focused on learning more/tweaking mistakes or boosting confidence?
At this point, I say boost confidence and keep yourself fresh. If you still need to learn more then you’re not go…
I’ve been thinking that I’m going to stick to my greatest hits going into the last couple weeks. My thinking is that will keep me sharp as well as max out my confidence. So, any perfect LR section, my favorite games (admit it, you all have favorit…
Yeah, you definitely don’t want to try and do too much. Make the study time you do have quality time. Set a minimum number of hours that you know you can easily handle in a week. Even if it’s only 4 or 5 hours, that’s fine. And don’t hold yourse…
I think the first ever Game in PT 1 was a circle game. Other than that, only one or two more that I’m familiar with, all very early on.
The only thing that makes them tricky is they don’t really lend themselves to the creation of a master game boa…
I think there's been a lot of great answers, so I'll second all previous comments above and keep it short. I'm old too, and made a lot of mistakes when I first started preparing for this test. It's great that you're starting with 7Sage. I studied fo…
Yeah, this one is tough. I remember making the same error and it took me a long time before it made sense. It’s an odd question. I mean, I guess it’s still logic, but it really requires thinking through the proposal and its implications. To some…
I cycle through phases with my LSAT prep which kind of dictates my answer to this.
Phase 1 is off time. I do maybe 1 PT a week to stay sharp and other than that I don’t LSAT at all. During phase 1 I can do pretty much whatever I want.
Phase 2 is…
The test has evolved, but the logical principles that the test is built on hasn't. Much of it goes back to Aristotle actually. So even though the test has gone through some changes, the early PTs are still a huge asset. It's all the same logic. Save…
It’s all good @"Katherine-2" . Use PTs 1-36 to drill individual sections if you need. Everything above that, save for full, timed PTs. And I definitely agree with @BruiserWoods that if you want to work on speed, you need to BR. Speed does not co…
Yeah, like Jonathan said, the score really doesn’t matter. What matters is your understanding of the test and the logic upon which it is built. If you didn’t BR it the first time, there’s still a lot to be learned from the retake.

I have seen a number of people that had a low 150 diagnostic, get to the 170 mark in 16 weeks
Well, they’re still way smarter than I am anyway!
It can be awhile @"KrugD-2416" . For guys that check in first, maybe up to an hour. Once you check in, no leaving the test room until the test begins for any reason. So I like to get there early but not actually check in until closer to time.
I think one thing you can do is start syncing your mind and body to test day. Start getting up at whatever time you will get up day of test. Go to bed whenever you'll go to bed the night before the test. Have the same breakfast and whatever else you…
To provide some perspective, I've studied a little over a year now. I've finally broken into the 170s, but I don't think I could have done it much faster under optimal conditions. Time also depends on your target score. If you're aiming for 170s, 16…
The BR is definitely a problem. You won't exceed your BR scores under time, so it really sets a cap on your potential. You've really got to use disciplined BR strategies. This is probably a big contributor to why you're not improving. So make sure y…
Yeah, I think having a large spread there is healthy. BR score, to me, represents your potential, so you want that to be as high as possible. That's a great BR score for not having finished all your fundamental basics, really impressive. As you go f…
It's definitely an investment, and a good one. But it's just not one everyone can make.
The good news is that the curriculum really carries you most of the way @montahar . I try not to look at the videos actually. The curriculum gave me what I nee…
