I wish there was better news. They’re out of print and hard to find. Now that PDFs have disappeared, $400 doesn’t surprise me all that muc…
Shit man, I’m impressed. If you think you have a real shot at an Oscar, does it really even matter that much how it affects your prospects? Personally, I’d want to pursue that regardless of how it helped my law school prospects. And I would expec…

Time. BR. Excellent habits. Rinse. Lather. Repeat. You can't brute force your way into the 97.5th+ percentile.
This is the correct answer.

After reading everyone's advice above, I think I'll be postponing my June LSAT as well... :'(
Yeah, to be fair, it does suck. But really, what is it you want? June or your target score? You don’t care about June.
@emilycyoung1 Definitely not. That was exactly my thinking too, but there is nothing that happens on test day that shouldn’t have already been happening during your PTs. There is simply no beneficial experience to be gained. You seem to be in a…
Unfortunately the answer is, unequivocally, no. You can't close that gap between now and test day. No way to soften that. I only wish someone had given be the hard truth before I wasted my first take. I'd do anything to have it back. Okay, may not …
Hey Monty, I think @runiggyrun and @jennilynn89 gave you pretty thorough responses. Just to add my experience, I’ve been studying for about a year now and will be taking in September. I agree with iggy that your target score is a huge factor in ho…
I definitely wouldn't worry too much about catching the BR groups. Right now you need to finish the curriculum and hold off on PTs. Save those valuable PTs for when you're ready. Also, the BR groups aren't structured around any specific test anymore…
Despite how bomb.com it was @MrSamIam , good call. I'm pretty sure it was Yoda who said, "All you need is just a little patience." Smart dude that Yoda.
Yeah, the blackwing is a pretty righteous sharpener. I just can't go back to the Ticonderogas after getting used to my Staedtler Noricas though. I guess that's why they say if at first you don't succeed, try and try again.
Wait, is that why they s…
Last week was great! Thanks to everyone who turned out and made PT 50 such an amazing review! For those of you who didn’t make it, this is seriously worth turning out for. Hope to see everyone Sunday!

@tanes256 I don’t think it was big news so much as just something big about that test. PT 50 was his LSAT, the one he took for reals. So just kind of a special one for him I’d imagine.

is it actually true that the first 15 questions are generally easier than the last 10 or so? Is this by design?
The key word here is generally. Generally, yes. The progression of the test trends easier to harder, usually pe…

There’s nothing worse than hearing “you have 5 minutes left” while you’re on question 20.
I just had a traumatic flashback to Oct 2015. Never again.

On the curve-breaker questions
Yeah, definitely don’t want to skip anything on a curve breaker. Once I get past Q15 or so, I start being a lot more careful. My pacing goals start with finishing the first 15 in 15 minutes. If …
Woah, that’s an incredible score! You’re right though, imagine what you’d be doing if RC were up to speed with the rest! I know you may have already addressed this at some point, but is your main issue with time?
I’ve seen a lot of debate on this topic. There doesn’t seem to be any one right answer. That being said, here’s what I do:
So I really do feel more comfortable when I eliminate every incorrect answer in addition to selecting the correct one. But…
I think that’s probably safe to say for any question involving conditional reasoning. Of course some question types won’t necessarily apply, but if the answer involves conditionals, then you can’t link up a correct answer with the stimulus without …
@danilphillips @allison.gill.sanford "Between The World and Me" by Ta-Nehisi Coates is also a great read along these lines. A more personal, philosophical accounting.
