I pretty much second everything @cvo1 said.
And you're only 3 PTs in? For what it's worth, you're way ahead of where I was after 3 PTs! You've got a lot of work to do before you break through, but no reason at this point to be discouraged. You're f…
I think it's fair to say that you probably can't effectively Blind Review a diagnostic. I think it would still be an interesting exercise though, and it would provide an additional metric to help further define your baseline.

I was just about to post my similar RC success because of the mentors' RC webinars, and because I'm geeking out too!!
I attended the three RC webinars in one week earlier in March, which led me to watch Nicole's RC …
Yeah, and it's definitely problematic which is why LSAT just tries to stay away from it. But if we can take a "most" statement from a conditional relationship, then we have to be able to take the contrapositive forms because the contrapositive of th…

I started out with -18 for RC on my diagnostic 3 months ago, and I attempted a timed RC section (never seen before) just yesterday and got -1. Improvement on RC is definitely possible!
That is an absolute inspiration. Nicel…
Austin is a program with international pull, so that's not the angle you want to approach any kind of diversity argument from. Diversity is much more about experience than geography or anything else. What about your life makes you unique? What can y…
Interesting question.
So existential fallacy aside (the LSAT does not test this, so for our purposes, this is okay), I think this is fine. Just as A most B could be derived from A --> B, we can flip it around and take the contrapositive /B -->…
That's actually a really interesting observation about BRing RC. I think it's okay though to take your time and dig into the passage to find it. Just make sure you see how those answers come out from the passage. I remember one really tricky one whe…
Yeah, JY is a really great teacher. I don't do well with tricks and gimmicks and I felt like 7Sage was the first curriculum to really explain the reasoning to me on a deep, intuitive level
Like @partyondudes mentioned, take a look at the free LG ex…
Hey, that is definitely possible! That is roughly where most of the current Sages started out.
Sounds like you're doing okay, but there is more you can add. After you've graded your PT/BR, make a list of every question you missed. Then write out a …
Hey Jenn, happy to elaborate. The most useful exercises I did were annotation drills, repeat sections, and uncovering the test writers' intentions.
I've been a heavy annotator ever since "Cat's Cradle" in high school. My annotations have gotten bet…
I didn't take a test until several months in. I don't think that affected my studies, but now, I do wish I had a diagnostic score so that I could see just how far I ultimately came.
I think you will probably have to send those transcripts, but I can't imagine that will look bad (I mean, make sure you get A's.). The fact that you have a conceptualization of academic pleasure is a good thing.
Yeah, you definitely want to get started if you haven't already. So no reason to miss out on any of the cool features of the better packs in the mean time only to need to upgrade later anyway.
For me, burnout always manifested more as indifference to the test. You're going to struggle more/less with different things, and that's fine and to be expected. Burnout is more when you just can't give a shit no matter how hard you try to.
Yeah, those LSAT watches tend to be really crappy. I got one and it was fine, but then one week before the test it broke. Basically everyone I know who's had one of these has had a similar experience with it. So, I got a $10 watch off of Amazon and …
Yeah, this was about the acceptable situation question. I'm not sure which videos might show this, but maybe @anonclsstudent will remember where they saw this?
You can access all the 7Sage videos from the app, so maybe you could review questions/Games you've struggled with or had break throughs on. I'm sure there are tons of LSAT podcasts too, but I never followed any of that so I wouldn't know specific re…
Yeah, it can be really difficult to do anything with a really bad argument. I really kind of let the answer choices guide me on these. It's hard to hone in on it trying to pre-phrase, but I typically know it when I see it.
The test is not graded on a curve, but scores tend to conform to a bell curve. I think this suggests that question difficulty would roughly follow this distribution.
This happened to me too actually. I think I could copy and paste your thread and it'd be completely accurate. I started with RC by just reading the passage and answering the questions. That's basically what I did on LR and LG too at first. But then …
In the high 160's, I don't think you're going to get much return on studying question types. That really shouldn't be your issue here, and your the fact that you can't identify one seems to confirm that.
Without seeing any of your work, my best gue…

Hi!
For me, it wasn't as much of a ramp up as much as it was a change in focus. From focusing on the section as a whole, you understand your timing strategies and what your goals are for each game. This will help in achiev…
