I am also taking the test on the 14th. I took my last PT a couple of days ago and while I have taken 89 I have one or two left from the 80's and a couple from the 70's because I am going to sign up for August just in case. If you are happy with yo…
I would reccomend pushing back your test date and focus on learning the fundamentals. At that score range, you are wasting PT's to take them at this point as you need to focus on fundamentals. Go back to the CC. I would also reccomend joining a s…
My opinion is that both 2020 and 2021 are going to be very different admissions cycles than we have seen in the past. I am predicting that most of not all of this admissions cycle will be Flex. If that is the case than you will get your scores bac…
This awful! How are they not giving people times where they can reasonably perform well? I am in the US and even here didn't have the best options. I started registration an hour and a half after it opened and my only option was in the middle of …
I am not sure how you are studying but after taking a diagnostic test you shouldn’t go straight into taking PT on a weekly basis, it is a waste of time and resources as well as a frustrating experience. At that PT range you still need to build a fo…
Actually, Flex will work in Surface Go and LSAC has sent them as loaner devices. I have also heard your scores won’t be released until you send the tablet back.
That is correct they don’t count towards the yearly or lifetime limit, at least at this time. If they continue with Flex tests you can guess this will eventually be modified.
A few weeks ago I would said maybe there is a chance that we will be back to in person testing but now I feel pretty strongly that much if not all of this testing cycle will be Flex. I am in CA and we are getting record numbers of cases. The schoo…
@miriaml7 , you are very welcome! Without a science background these types of questions really used to intimate me but I think I have improved a lot by just trying to translate line by line into something that makes sense. Once in awhile, I still…
What I try to do is as I read each sentence, I translate it into something I can understand. Seriously I do this with both LR and RC. This morning I read an economics RC passage, I pictured the beanie baby craze to connect to that passage. LR is s…
After hearing Powerscore confirm I thought I would try to use it on my problem sets/ PT's with 7Sage. I discovered quickly that it is actually command F with my Mac. So far, I have found it to be most helpful with comparitive passages. It specifi…
You shouldn't be too concerned about the large difference in timed/ BR score at this point as your data set is so limited having only one test post CC. I had a large gap like this for a long time and ended up having a problem different than I think…
Personally, I wouldn’t sign up until you are within a few points or so of your target score. Typically the LSAT registration is about 6 weeks in advance. With continuous study in effort you should be able to get close to the target score or exceed…
The flaw questions we see on the LSAT can be divided into two major categories: classic flaws ( sufficiency/ necessity confusion, circular reasoning ect) and also arguments which are flawed because the evidence/ reasoning doesn’t support the conclus…
While the June 2007 test is most commonly used as a diagnostic other tests are as well. Like yourself I didn’t save my results and regretted it later. Since you have just finished the CC I would recommend instead to start at Prep Test 36. The pre…
This is an awesome story and really confirms for me why I was so sure I was going to go to law school for 2020 but decided to wait because I didn’t have the LSAT score. You got into the school you wanted and are getting $100,000! This is amazing, c…
I originally wanted to take June because it was supposed to be disclosed but with the change to Flex the test is not disclosed which means that you will not only never see the questions, you will also not see any score breakdown. There may be some …
I am taking flex in July. Since others have already commented on the testing process I won't comment further there but will tell you that I have modified my prep. LR was my best section and with it previously counting for 50% of my score it could,…
For RC, my approach to answering questions is to answer as many questions as I can without needing to refer back to the passage itself. For example, main point, main purpose, author's attitude ect ( global type questions) I expect to be able to ans…
@"Positively LSAT Street" - I notice that you have "Ultimate" and not "Ulitimate+". I have Ultimate+ and have access to everything but I am guessing that "Ultimate" doesn't have the Prep Tests prior to 36.
@dburgin14 - there is no recording. I have seen some of the Sages hosting webinars and they are not recording ( presumbly because questions are being discussed in detail and no one wants any issue with LSAC) so I followed suit. I may consider doin…
@pvlsatpv Thank you so much for coming and your kind words! I have tried a few different study groups now and they basically fell apart because people were not consistent. For me, part of the silver lining of Covid-19 is that I am now spending the…
This is an amazing story! Writing down both the birth plan and also your LSAT strategy plan was a brillant idea and a great way to make sure that you were remained as focused on the test as you could be. I used to think that the LSAT was just a lo…
Thank you to everyone who attended the webinar tonight! I was both shocked and truly flattered at how many people joined. I apologize for some technical issues, first time ever hosting a zoom meeting. I hope people enjoyed it and found some strate…
