I take a practice test every other day and review the test I took on my off days... I really want to complete at least 70 tests by the time I hit June (im at around 20)... I was just wondering if you guys think its more important to lay off takin…
@notsplitts Yeah... I concluded that, since even T13s accept January scores nowadays, all law schools are waiting to see more scores before starting to make final decisions. Less applicants, less +170s, but one more round of LSATs -- why not see mor…
I took a diagnostic around Christmas and scored a 138. Bad...I know.....I was pretty discouraged.
No need to feel bad.
I just started my LSAT studies this past week. I have purchased 7sage Ultimate along with the Powerscore Bibles the LSAT …
By "symbols," do you mean abbreviations? If yes, don't worry about it. Doesn't matter what your abbreviations or words or symbols are, as long as you get those questions right.
You really should wait. Starting to prepare law school applications and LORs at this time of the year is pure insanity. And you are right; reapplying hurts.
Call and find out. Powerscore's chart claims that UIUC will conditionally accept LSATs after January 2019: https://blog.powerscore.com/lsat/which-lsat-should-i-take-for-a-fall-2019-start-is-june-too-late

(C) strengthens Ms. Fring's argument by indicating that there may be a correlation between costs and avoiding responsibility after all. Ms. Fring claims that executives hire expert consultants because the more expansive they are, the more they can b…
If you want to score +165 (or +170) and you are at 157 now, reserve your strength for the June or July administration. Try to not even think about scoring +165 on Saturday. Just focus on experiencing how an actual LSAT administration feels like.

@Bamboosprout Thank you!
@AudaciousRed Precisely because there are less applicants to choose from, I would think. If no law school is willing to reduce its class size, a smaller pool of applicants would mean that there is a bigger chance two or mor…

So, for those applying to joint-programs, can you please share what is the benefit of the JD-LLM, or other joint programs? Is it more prestigious during and after graduation? Does it allow for more opportunities and resources? Thank you.

should I talk about other types of law too and how I feel that I would be a good fit for them as well... or is sticking with the one topic okay? Is it weird to just really focus on a single program and make that the sole reason I want to go to th…
What counts in this question? Leadership Scholarship from Associated Students? or only ones having to do with academics?
List all academic and other recognitions. The leadership scholarship would fall under the scope of "other recognitions," ri…

If the elaboration (1) is connected to your background or upbringing and (2) does not involve bland recitations of your duties and accomplishments, then I don't see why not. Otherwise, I'm inclined to say no.
I think you are fine as long as you (1) wrap up the past in two paragraphs at most and (2) connect it to the present (which you already do).
I would say that the professional's comment is far more applicable to the résumé.
Not a parent myself, but there is this book about law school and legal profession. It contains a quote from a married law student, claiming that she had no need for contraceptives throughout her law school career because her spouse was also a law st…
What irritates me the most about the LSAC website is the fact that I have to click the "Secure Login" button in order to access my account, as opposed to simply pressing the enter key after typing my ID and password like about 99.99% of websites do …
