If the PS instructions do not specify a font size, is it acceptable to use 11 pt. font?
Yes. But you may want to check with each school, just in case.
If so, should the rest of the application materials be uniformly at 11 pt. font?

I don't think your case is different from other gazillion cases.
I'm still not sure if I should ask my boss for a LOR?
No.
I wonder if adcomms would wonder why I didn't get a LOR from my job?
No.
Would the lack of a LOR from my emplo…
It depends on the recommender. One of my recommenders mentioned that his letters have dates in them. Another said he sometimes doesn't include dates.
@LivingThatLSATdream
Your stats notwithstanding, the answer is the same. There is no difference.
If you indicate that you will be retaking at a later date, admission committees will hold off your file until your new score comes out or you decide to cancel sometime befo…
Your choice, but I too am inclined to think that the PS is the better alternative.
Or if I could potentially use the topic for both?
Whatever you do, don't write your PS and DS on the same topic.

Law schools are fine with 3+ attempts at the LSAT. Cancellations are fine too, but you better have a damn good reason for at least one of them if you have 3 or more canceled administrations on your records.
I unfortunately did not have a similar experience and thus have no advice to give to you on this topic.
However, my brain tells me that the best you can do is to make your case to the LSAC and pray all of your remaining positive karma and blessings…
