Hey, does anyone know how much the testing process is directed by the proctor? I'll be using foam earplugs (I live on a busy street) and was wondering what I would miss out on from not hearing the proctor.
For me the proctor…

I had LG-LR-RC. For LG, I honestly don't remember the theme of G1. G2 was gold and silver items, G3 was gym music piano and sailing schedules (or something else with G M P S items), and G4 was transcribing/recording/preparing i…
As long as you don't take the timed pt with music I don't really think blind review music matters. My blind reviews, while thorough, are not as formal in structure. I skip around sections and even take it across two days sometimes.

I have a question about using your phone as a mirror for check in. Does anyone know if this is necessary or can we move our cell phone out of the room before checking in for the exam?
From the LSAC website: "One cell ph…
People who have had issues with flex in the past (ex: proctoring issues) have received a coupon for a later test date. Hopefully this will be a non-issue for you, but just wanted to relay that info in case it eases any anxiety!
@nanabillan
For the first question about A--> B and C
the contrapositive of that is /B or /C-->/A
So, if you have /C, you will have /A. But, you do not know anything about B.
For the second question, with A--> B or C
the contrapositive…
hey @nanabillan I'm not sure if this helps, but for conditional logic, I always remember that the rule only is triggered if you Satisfy the Sufficient, or Negate the Necessary.
For your first example, since /A, the rule is not triggered, but that d…
One of the best phrases I've heard regarding the LSAT: "the time you take off is just as important as the time you spend studying." With this in mind, take a break and don't feel guilty because know that the break is actually improving your LSAT gam…
of course dependent on the person! but I'm just focusing on drilling, as a bad PT score would definitely affect me psychologically, and a big part of this exam is the mental game
Hey! While my story is not the same as yours, I also was stressed out for a number of reasons. I'm scheduled for August, but I also registered for October and that eased the burden a lot, knowing that August isn't my only shot. If you are able and w…

Hey August test takers---I saw that the LSAC is giving the option of a score preview for 45 dollars, where you can look at your score before deciding whether or not to keep it as part of the LSAC…
A PT every day for a week....I'm towards the end of my studies and the most I'd consider doing is 2 a week at MOST three.
Would you consider delaying a cycle? I know it's a big decision but, studying for the exam is so much less stressful, and can …
Hi!
To answer your question about x being in third and y being in fifth:
If x is in third, then y is in fifth
Contrapositive: If y is not in fifth, x is not in third.
To find the contrapositive of a statement, the "formula" for doing it is to sw…
maybe take a practice test and see what you need to brush up on, and then you can use the question bank / create specific problem sets to sharpen those skills
I agree with the above comment--- after drilling a lot of questions untimed, I found that I could speed through the easier questions because I had just internalized the process, as well as the trap answer choices. You said that you just started prob…
I've heard that the longer you've been out of law school, the less your GPA matters. If you get a great LSAT score and have a compelling reason to go to law school, it could definitely get you into a regional school! Obviously I'm not an admissions …
Personally I'd go for the later test. My pre-law advisor at my school said that applying in October is perfectly fine and the October test is early October so you'd get your results in mid-October anyway. But also, you could just take both tests may…
My scores improved after I decided to start sleeping a lot and meditating. It also helped me to pick up a fun sport with my friend (tennis) to release stress. Once I started doing these things, I noticed the LSAT bleed into other parts of my life na…
