Thanks for all the advice.
Some notes/thoughts:
1) I BR pretty much every test I take, and I take no more than 1 test per day now. As I said, lesson learned.
2) I keep track of every wrong answer and what my faul…

Do you reccomend reading the Powerscore bible? I have done the CC and am struggling with LG and was planning on going straight to fool proofing
I'd go straight to foolproofing. In my opinion the powerscore bible was a useful…
I don’t think the rigour of the school matters much. The US News rankings don't put any weight on it so the law schools treat it as at best a minor soft in admissions. If I were you, I would pick schools to apply to on the assumption that you will p…
Couldn't you take it and apply next cycle? Then if you get a score lower than you expect, you can retake with the security of the February score in your pocket. That's what I did this year. I took in February and retook in September.
Why not ask now, explain that you need it by the end of December, and ask them if they would be able to get it done or polished after your grade comes in? That way at least the request won't come out of the blue. One of my profs got his letter done …
I did.
On August 22nd I received a fee waiver in conjuction with something called priority track from Duke where I could register to have them consider my application within ten days of when I submitted it.
My retake hadn't happened yet so that wa…
Burnout and fatigue affected me most on logical reasoning.
Try a PT like you will the real one, with a day of no LSAT prep the day before, an early wake up breakfast, a couple hour wait, and then the test. If that is back up to normal on LR then yo…
I never did the whole low res and high res summary thing, but I always felt that the longer I spent reading and thinking about the passage relative to pondering the questions, the better and quicker I performed. So I would recommend spending as much…
A lot of people swear by meditation. I felt anxious and it helped a little, but my anxiety never really altered my scoring anyway so I don't know if it would have helped with that.

@seekingperfection, Thanks for the comments. Have you ever facilitated a webinar on here?
No, I never got quite that deeply invested in 7sage. I used it for the length of the starter course plus one purchased test. And I …
First of all you guys are crazy, but it's a beautiful crazy which belongs in the pencil thread if we can find it.
Second of all, I got my 180 with normal black Ticonderogas so I consider them the absolute best possible pencils.

Keep in mind the following: 7Sage greatly benefits from encouraging students to take a long time to study. The longer the student studies with 7Sage, the more money the company makes.

Thanks for the comments; this has been an ongoing issue and this discussion is very helpful. I like the idea of asking if they'd like to try a test. I tried showing the freely available June 2007 test to someone who doesn't…

I foolproofed the first 35. After that I usually got -0 or -1 on the first try. Then I foolproofed at least another twenty of the newer sections after taking them in PTs just trying to make it less shaky. I still had a bad section every so often, b…

Here is a follow up for any who are interested. I recieved a 180 on the September LSAT missing one question on Logic Games.

I see little reason not to retake, but then again my retake just went pretty well.
What's the harm in applying with your present score, but retaking in December and or February?
Yale for sure. Probably Harvard unless I get a better than expected scholarship at another Top 6 school.
Nowhere else because I expect to have at least some scholarship offers at peer schools of the schools ranked lower and am planning to go into P…
