@DumbHollywoodActor Beat me to it.
As a whole, the BOARD has written on many legal issues. So, if there are 5 members on the board, we know that all together, those 5 members have written on many legal issues. Tom could be that lazy jerk who doesn'…
What do you mean by the "causation method?" I don't recall J.Y. explicitly referring to a causation method. However, if you mean finding an alternative cause to weaken a C&E relationship, then yes, that will be applicable to weakening (and proba…
Good questions, let me see if I can break it down:
-Dino's OD'd on prehistoric LSD
-Author wants to prove why this is the most viable explanation
-They couldn't taste it (so they wouldn't avoid it)
-Liver couldn't defend against it (so it woul…
Didn't see this post until today. I was on my way there, then I realized I had a flat. Changed my tire, continued on, and my battery died! Murphy's Law 101. I hope RSVP'ing and not showing up doesn't make me look bad...
You may also want to look into nearby universities. I know my college used to offer an inexpensive daycare for children. Students had the opportunity to learn, while parent's could relax. If you do take that route, make sure:
A) That you don't have …
Edit: Removed my previous long-winded explanation because I just realized I read the stimulus wrong. Either way, I don't see how D is a SA. More like a good strengthening answer.
I suppose you could look at it like this:
-They're trying to convin…
There's really no way to say definitively. Often I find that there is 1 easy game, 2 moderately difficult games, and one "what the heck?.....oh I get it" game.
Bubble in groups and remind yourself of what you're bubbling, as you bubble. For instance, if I'm group bubbling 4 answers, 1-4 (A, D, D, C, respectively) I will say to myself "1 A, 2 D, 3 D, 4 C".
Figure out why you're not doing well, and attack that head on. Review the videos, then go through the problem sets again. Maybe you were just having a bad day, or you were tired the on the first go.
I find that coming up with your own example, and explaining it to yourself typically helps you understand confusing concepts.
I believe J.Y. uses these in some of his videos - don't quote me on that

There are a few. However, if you're looking for indicator words, look under "Introduction to Arguments." It should be the second lesson category.

@leeban92 This x10!! The LSAT is primarily a skills-based test. In order to improve on your skills, you WILL have to hit the ground, face first. Get back up, dust yourself off, and ask, "what knocked me down?" Work on that, and see where it takes yo…
I've found those generic study plans to be ineffective for most people. Figure out your weaknesses. My rule of thumb is, don't drill by type if you don't have to. If you're not weak on any particular question type on LR, or any particular game type …
I can type much faster than I can write by hand. However, many of my notes consist of conditional logic. I'm a tad obsessive-compulsive, so finding the proper symbols on Word would be a pain in the butt. That's why I stick to taking notes by hand.
Do one, then the other. Get a full understanding of the first, so that you can use the latter to determine how you want to approach the test. For instance, you may find that Mike does an excellent job of explaining something, but you prefer the meth…
This is an hour old, and I'm not sure if the site was under maintenance earlier this morning. But, if you're still having issues, try a different web browser.
Great idea! LSAC should be funding this, as I'm sure they'll receive less "test center was distracting" complaints after this - and yes, I do see the flaw in my argument.
Contact the law school and ask if texting is normal practice. Or, google the number and see if it's a number that is assigned to some department at the school.
If you don't intend on retaking, then just tell yourself, "what's done is done." You're better off focusing on something you can control (your applications) as opposed to something you can't.
