Based off of anecdotal evidence, it seems that there are certain schools that view splitters favorably (Northwestern, Georgetown, etc.), and there are schools which view reverse-splitters favorably (UVA). It really depends on the school though. The…

I followed hundreds of applicants on LSN last cycle and many splitters and reach candidates heard in November and December. Your insight is mainly true for HYS (mainly H), but most other schools give out offers, waitlists, and rejections…

The applicant who was deferred to RD and eventually accepted had a 2.8 and a 176.

I imagine you will get a boost at UT, especially considering you went to Princeton (Go Tigers!), are from the DFW area, have substantive work experience and love Ted Cruz. You're their dream applicant.

FYI, I've heard that Northwestern does not give an ED boost. Yes, applicants who are accepted thought the ED process get 50k a year, but that doesn't mean it's easier to get in. It is likely more difficult. Think about …

Everything I have seen has shown LSAC to be remarkably consistent.
+1
LSAC would lose its credibility if any LSAT was harder than a previous exam to attain a certain score. The exam HAS to be consistent. That's why test-takers mu…
I'm planning on taking the undisclosed exam from Superprep 2 on the Monday or Tuesday before the exam. I will be doing some light drilling up until Thursday morning, and I will be taking the rest of Thursday and the entire Friday off.
