Yeah a 170 almost* guarantees a spot at a T14 unless you have a sub 3.0 GPA... and even then it does give you a fair shot at some of the lower ones if you ED.

No... just be frank about it... say that you were on a sabbatical from work studying for the test if at all you want to address it... and don't worry about the freshness of PTs... just retake the old ones... retaking the old PTs is highly underrated…
