Just brainstorm for a few days about a good story you have to tell. Pick one and just write it. Sleep on it. Revise it. Then get help.

Why don't you call them and ask? They won't bite. I didn't apply to UVA so I couldn't tell you, but they would gladly answer your question. People don't call their target schools (and LSAC for that matter) enough when it comes to things like this.

No it won't hurt you. You have a score already. Whether that score ends up as your highest score or lowest score means only that you have no place to go but up. Stop worrying, go meditate or something and then do your best on Saturday. Good luck!
