Yup. LSAT can really be this slow at releasing their scores. Sometimes they do release their scores a bit early but I think the June score was released on the exact day they said they would. So it can be 3 weeks or 4.5 weeks .

That is actually interesting that you did not anticipate the modern tests were harder. I do think 163 is within 5 point range of 167, so its within your lower end of score range. I don't know. I don't want to be commi…

The newer tests are different, but not harder. I think it can take some people a few tests to adjust to the subtle differences (and the differences are minor).
I think I agree with this more. They are different. But the h…

It is possible there is a psychological component knowing which test is which. At the same time, I think the fact that you did all the 60s makes a huge difference in why you didn't see a score drop when you di…

I definitely think its possible they are harder and I think it would be interesting to do a blind test on a group of people and see if their score drops. But in a way it was different with you guys because you didn…
Hey @Gladiator.
Thank you for posting about trying to find a similar pattern in another PT. LSAT's all about that and it was a helpful exercise for me .
I think these two are actually different arguments.
In the Red Admiral example, PT (75 Q. 9)…
Hey everyone,
Thanks for all your responses they were incredibly helpful . Looking back its a pretty easy question but under time I just didn't see it for some reason and I have been trying to identify why. I had three rounds on this question and…
I agree with the advice above. I would definitely say a strategy that helps you understand the passages like the memory method or low-high resolution summary should be prioritized over notation strategy. That being said, you also need to know RC que…
Hey Stephanie,
If you would like I would be happy to go over a passage that you have done recently and work with you real time on low resolution summaries.

@Sami Thanks! That's really helpful. You're right that time hasn't been an issue for me, but I think I definitely have been making more of the second type of error - whereas when I first started studying, most of my errors were…
In my opinion there are two main reasons we tend to miss a question. One, we might not have seen the logical structure/flaw of the argument. Two, we might be so into the logic that we miss the grammar and the subtleties of that stimulus.
First, its…

I don't know why but I find a hard time trying to read and write at the same time. I would say I am a pretty fast reader and always have been. but I find it hard to understand the passages when I stop to make notes.

So I have a 4 tier system when I go through my section that tells me how much of a priority each question is.
I mark an X for questions that I never want to come back to because I have got the right answer with 100% confidence.
I mark a slash for …
I like that you know that you want to first just look at the answer choices and see if any of the answer choices jumps out at you and you would like to try. A lot of time that's what cuts the time short when I feel like I need to try answers.
But i…
The strategy CGR is talking about is great to help you score closer to your blind review score and not have such a drastic gap. You are basically giving every question that you can get correct a fair shot. But you still need to increase your blind r…
I think flaw questions can be hard in two ways:
1. It could be difficult to see the flaw on your first read.
2. You could know what the flaw is but it is very well hidden in the answer choices.
For number 1, when you have difficulty seeing the …
I like to do disagree questions like A- B RC passages. You read one argument and go through the answers - anything that the first one doesn't address I take it out and depending on what the argument said I mark agree or disagree next to the answer c…
It could be burn out as you have been studying a lot. Have you been taking breaks?
Also, have you tried recording yourself and finding out where you are going wrong. It's hard to give person-specific advice about what could account for that big ran…
So I re-read the last paragraph of the passage to answer this question and I did the question before I attempted to write my reply. I was going to write how I got to answer choice E, but reading your explanation I have to say I cannot find fault wit…
Yeah, 25 is approaching Grandpa's age. What are you even thinking?!
Jk. jk. It's a great age to go to law school. You have experienced life a bit and know what you want. You will be more motivated than a lot of other young people who may not know i…
