Not weird at all. I also find reading too slow to try and comprehend every single thing does more harm than good! When I read casually it makes main ideas and important facts stick out more. It's all about balance, I think and of course repetition.

A one-two year old letter isn't stale, I think you should be fine. Also I haven't been on LSAC in a while but if you can't find the option to delete then call LSAC for assistance.

The good news is retakes hold more benefit than we tend to believe. Like previously mentioned, try to finish in a 25-30 min time frame.

Would your UG degree transfer as a bachelor's degree when coming to the US? If so I don't see an issue. There's many international students pursuing law in the US.

I wouldn't worry too much about this. If your recommendor does resubmit it's usually only to make sure nothing was mentioned specifically for that year of applying. The rest of the letter can remain the same with no issue. Obviously if they resubmit…
