I don't see the point in PR and similar companies making their own mock LSAT. Take your score with a grain of salt.

The general rule is the newer PTs are used for full length timed practice tests and the older ones like the ones you mentioned are meant for drills.

I'm assuming the video is the length of the actual LSAT (minus the breaks) so it shouldn't take so long to upload. I do think your wifi could be the issue.
