From living/working in NYC, my advice would be to avoid NYC regional schools like Brooklyn Law.
That's practically frightening....
@esteerose I think postponing will be in your best interest. You're right. BR 3x a week is seemingly brutal. Don't rush your precious PT and BR practice over a tentative date
A resume is more often than not a requirement of your application. It shouldn't exceed more than two pages. David says adcomms take about 30 seconds to look at your resume. Making it too long can leave a sour taste in their mouth.
While the personal statement can be described as the "heart" of your application, other essays such as the ones you mentioned hold value but not stronger than a PS would hold. A diversity statement should only be written if you feel your personal ex…

At least 5 of my scantron tests returned to me in undergrad classes had grading mistakes
Do you think this could possibly be due to how you bubbled in answers or anything like that? I like to think scantrons are generally reliable…

why the "S"...?
It's sooooooo disrespectful! You don't hear anyone say "How's the MCATs going for ya?" or "hey pal, how is the GREs treatin' ya?"
The more you expose yourself to drilling and PTing with BR, timing should be an issue less and less. If however you find your timing isn't improving, you need to review the curriculum.Congrats and the improvement btw!!
Actually, I just realized some schools give me the option to apply while others pop up with that message you're seeing. I don't think this is because of not having CAS, it's because that school hasn't opened applications yet for the upcoming cycle.
does this also pop up when searching:
"There are a number of reasons why this could occur.
The school has requested a later date for posting their application(s); please check this site later.
The application requires a change that has not yet been…
@jennilynn89 I know what you mean. I also took an LSAT thinking I'd apply that cycle but I was so disappointed in my score I wanted to take again. I sat for the Feb 2016 LSAT and scored poorly yet again. Now that I'm using the 7sage curriculum I und…

Maybe we could just have him read some RC passages for us?
LOL, this reminds me of the GPS app I downloaded solely for the fact that you can choose "Morgan Freeman" as the voice navigator. I became so obsessed with it I'd…
Technically when you upgrade you're only given the months leftover but because @"Dillon A. Wright" is the nicest human being living on planet earth, he'll extend it so you can get all the months for that course. So once you upgrade, just shoot him a…
Because of the LSAC ban, 7sage and other companies are no longer allowed to produce printable PTs in PDF form, so the only way to get your hands on PT78 is through LSAC or Amazon.
A week is fine if the burnout if need be. You know yourself best. All you're required to do on days off is anything besides LSAT. Go out and have fun. People usually take about 3-4 days off if they experience burnout but a week won't do much harm. B…
@stcaitmokyu you have the whole test in video form with the explanation as JY goes through each question. But to have a physical copy you'd need to buy from Amazon

Wait you can not postpone now without losing out on your $180 dollars can you?
You can get a $50 refund when withdrawing and it costs $90 if you want to change the test date.
@CoolPrez unless for whatever reason you can't hold off on applying later on, postponing for a better score is ALWAYS the superior choice. By the way unless you're considering applying ED for a school, December LSAT isn't late at all.

I think the extra minute or two it saves will definitely improve my performance on the typical "brick wall" questions that I save for the end.
For sure! I have a really bad problem with skipping lines accidentally and that's the…
