The resolution is low. It looks as if it has been zoomed out. If you open one right now and view it at a 100% scale, you'll notice that it is low resolution and quality. However, if you zoom it in, it looks much better. When I print the document, it…
-Scoring higher than 170 is necessary to get at least half a scholarship at a T-14?
-Do you have a strong UGPA?
-Do you have strong softs?
I understand how frustrated you are. To score consistently at the level you did indicates understanding an…
Why do you seem to miss the three questions you do? Are they difficult questions? Do you make reading mistakes? Are you mostly torn between two answer choices on these? If you could elaborate a little, I might be able to make a more informed stateme…
I guess what I am wondering about is whether there is a supposed objective standard of difficulty for every question independent of how we perform? I know it is a weird question but I am just curious.
@jknauf Thank you for your response. I already stated that assumptions you pointed out in my initial posting.
-I disagree. Performance on "Hard" and "Very Hard" questions will hold true so long as your logical skills are not up to par.
-A little …
@BinghamtonDave Thank you for taking the time and effort to diligently answer my question. No, I am not aware of such construction. It was a curiosity that struck me all of the sudden as I was studying. I can imagine such a construction would cause …
I think redoing the test before BRing is more beneficial. Doing so will give you a score that is independent of the stress that you experienced on test day. This will allow you to gauge the degree to which the anxiety of test day affected your score.
I solved this riddle about 2 years ago when I came across it. If I recall correctly, I did it in 15-20 minutes. I believe this riddle is less intense than some of the logic games that appear on the LSAT. Very fun though, so props!!
I second everything that @"Cant Get Right" said. Breaking the 170 threshold is very difficult. I, myself, have broken in the 170s once, and I have been preparing diligently for 7 months. Not saying you cannot do it because you can. You might break i…
@"Cant Get Right"
I am very happy for you. It really is discouraging to walk into that testing room multiple times. I took in September and cancelled. I am convinced that I under performed to a substantial degree in December. I have one more shot. …
If you are sufficiently familiar with the mechanics of resetting your analogue watch, it should take you no more than five seconds to do so. Speaking from personal experience, resetting after every section is worth it for two reasons. One, it is eas…
Hello @bswise2,
Answer choice "A" justifies the argument because it addresses the premise as well as the conclusion if you read closely.
-Only those who, without losing motivation (i.e. the ones who won't abandon the study of mathematics altogether…
This answer choice can be derived at without using conditional reasoning (just intuition). Forget about conditionality and focus on the hidden assumption. If decentralization always (100% of the time) permits "more" realistic planning, there is a hi…
The key to answer choice "A" is a combination of the 1st and 2nd sentence. The stimulus states that decentralization enables a large institution to function autonomously, which in turn "ALWAYS" permits "MORE" realistic planning. You can infer from w…
Even if we take the dictionary definition, it is still ambiguous like you said because the dictionary defines it as "many times." How many is many times though? More than half? Or less than half? Or half?
It is confusing.
You are correct in saying that it depends. I have seen both variations. One in which it is interpreted as most, and another in which it is interpreted as many. However, my question was on average, what is it interpreted as? I feel like there has to …
The 2nd RC passage (i.e. the one about the artist) was brutal. I thought I did better than usual on LR. I probably missed 2-3 questions on LG because of the 4th game (usually -0). However, the 2nd passage on RC wrecked my nerves).
Same happened to me today. I took PT 76 and I scored close to my initial diagnostic. It was so devastating and it still feels that way. I am convincing myself it is an outlier. Keep your spirit up.
