You can begin from PT 1, but if you're food proofing games by game type then you have to go out of order. I personally think that fool proofing by game type is better, but doing it by PT can help too.

You can try it I guess, but I think that a possible negative is that starting with harder questions may lower your confidence when you hit the easier ones.

Continue to do what you previously learned by moving onto something new and just doing the old Q type/game type you learned every once in a while in between the new stuff.
