Bar Passage rate is my top priority. It's the entire reason to go to law school and I've recently found out that several schools do very little to aid their students in dedicated prep for the bar.
An incredibly enlightening …
Given that he nearly completely skips over B that is understandable. B says "draws a conclusion based on an ambiguous notion of the word knowledge." I would say the first red flag is that the way in which the word knowledge is referred to here i…

I appreciate all the feedback! I was orginally planning to study during the four months of summer, but a series of family issues/mental health problems really affected my progress. It wasn't until last month that I really buckl…
You need more information honestly. Take a PT or two. Your 7sage membership means that you have 90 PTs available. Gage yourself now and before the cancellation deadline. Maybe you are already 10 points better. If so, great, go for it. Maybe yo…
@emmacharley lots of schools are now doing online info sessions and LSAC has several school forums coming up. You'll just have to research for yourself. The LSAC forum in September is a great start though.
Another example, I recently attended info sessions with Minnesota and Wash U. Minnesota left me feeling like they dodged my questions and did not address my concerns. Wash U was consistently very open and candorous. They straight up said that if …
For me my rankings were very different.
1a. Career outlook (Ranking plays into this a lot, and so does location, but they are not the same.)
1b. Program (What opportunities are there that make the program special or better than other programs? R…
I have not done this yet, but I have been told the best thing to do for LG if you already understand how they work is just make a bunch of problem sets and drill them over and over. Maybe you use 10 sections from PT's or so. Drill them all, rinse …
Does anyone know if they will provide a loaner device for the Flex to international test takers? My laptop has developed the interesting condition of pieces falling off. I would rather not risk that on test day.
I know. That aspect of flex stressed me out, especially since LR is the section I am strongest in overall. If you miss a couple on one LR there isn't the second one to perfect.
Thanks a ton @seriously I know I can get that high, I started with a 165 diagnostic. I just need to increase my performance a little and ensure consistency.
@canihazJD What are you doing differently to train for a 174-180 versus a 165-170?
I am definitely not in contention for HYS regardless of LSAT, my GPA in undergrad was awful, but I think I have a shot in lower T14 and with a strong enough LSAT I h…
@WouldRatherBeEating I didn't know that about Boston U. That is really interesting. I looked at Wash U for that reason but they're changing how they do their ED scholarships this year and the details aren't out. I am pretty sure now I am not goin…
Vanderbilt has virtual info sessions the 2nd, 16th, and 30th of September at noon local time, plus they are joining in on several other programs. https://admissions.law.vanderbilt.edu/portal/admissionsevents
I'm glad you decided to postpone. I think that was a wise choice. If you aren't ready you aren't ready. You can finish the curriculum and do a couple of PTs each week and set yourself up much better.
Are you talking about PTs? My philosophy thus far has been to take a whole PT and then look at the possible score range I could have had depending upon which sections were included. My last PT, since I perfected 2 sections, showed a lot of variabi…
Would you be able to share that list of strategies? I am really trying to just eke out a couple more points for scholarship contention and that might just help. I think others would find it useful as well.
I would say if you planned to submit in October initially, still submit in October. Do not rush your essays. At this point in the cycle, it is way better to take another week or two than have a slightly less polished essay.
Fill them in, because you will on test day, but note the numbers you filled in so you know you really need to go over them after even if you get them right. You will fill them in on test day, so do it now. A PT should give you an accurate idea of …
I have read that sometimes your scores go down before they get better. I am really struggling with timing on LG and it just gets worse and worse so even though my LR and RC are up my most recent test dropped me back down to a 165, which was my orig…
I'm definitely at this point but worried the LSAT Flex will be administered in October. That will hurt my score since I'm now doing best at LR. I need to find strategies to diagram for LG faster. I get nearly 100% right with time, but take way to…
Well, I'm weighing job placements pretty highly. I moved U of Minn down my list despite liking their program well just because of it. My main targets are Duke, UVA, NU, Washington, Vanderbilt, and Texas and UNC is my main "safer" school. Below tha…
