@agrauman I would file a test day complaint via LSAC and give them a call asking about potential re-write opportunities if they deem the tech issues to be significant! Sorry you had a lousy proctor experience too, it's incredibly frustrating

Personally I don't think it matters if you take it in January if it gives you a better chance, the people getting offers early on are those who have the most competitive scores anyway from what I've heard! Best of luck!
I'm from Ontario so I can only really speak to the research I've done on those schools and with those stats perhaps Windsor or Ottawa could give you decent chances
