  • To be fair I think both of you are right in some senses. I bought the ultimate package in May, which is when I officially began my studying, and now that there's this new shinier package I'm not super happy, but I totally understand at the same tim…
  • @Pacifico My only question is where are these new Problem Set questions from? Still from PTs 1-38? I did Cambridge drill packets as I went along with 7Sage, so for example, I just did Flaw Questions on 7Sage, and then drilled the massive 284 quest…
  • Little confused here, I had all the problem sets done, and now they have been shifted into "old problem sets." Are the new problem sets still from PTs 1-38?
  • Liked! Another PT explanation wouldn't hurt ;D.
  • Same issue yup. It works if you just click discussion, so that's fine but yeah it would nice to have the side-panel working again.
  • Just signed up for the statement course myself! Surprised that there is already 16 hours worth of content in it! After I do the LSAT, I'll work through it and write my personal statement, but just scanning through it right now it seems great!
  • I'd say regardless if where you think you're at, you should give 7Sage a try. Maybe just try the starter bundle, but honestly it really helps to start from the beginning and learn the core fundamentals of logic, which JY helps you do extremely well!
  • Trust me on this one, just use JY's method. The Trainer is good for LR, and RC, but for the logic games just stick to JY's method, as its undoubtedly the best and clearest method. Also I've heard stories of where people try other methods and then …
  • That's awesome man! I'm taking the October LSAT, but scoring that high on a prep test days away from the real deal is honestly a great way to boost your confidence. I'm sure you're gonna kill the LSAT on Monday!
  • Oh jeez. So I finally decided on getting the watch shown here: http://lsatwatch.webs.com/apps/webstore/products/show/1229879 And total came to $37 USD which is $46 CAD, and although pricey I said whatever this is important. Now I get an email f…
  • Omg hahahahahhahaha. You probably could but that would be a little ridiculous don't you think. I think it would do more harm than good and just psyche you out.
  • Was the bundle very similar to what you can find on Cambridge? Like PTs 1-38 all logic games?
  • OMG I keep doing this and its really a problem. I was at Subway last night and the guy in front of me said I'll take a Roast Beef sub without pickles, I immediately just thought of negate sufficient. What is wrong with our lives...
  • HAHAAAAAAAAAAAHAH, this was quite the read. Trust me you're not the only one to dream about the LSAT, although I've never done a full-fledged one in my sleep! Just last night I kept dreaming of doing Logic Games and then making inferences, believe …
  • Use the 7Sage method! The Powerscore method I've heard countless times is just confusing.
  • @harrismegan said: because I started prep for my bikini competition on May 18th. Uh where is this competition held? In all seriousness I think that seems like a great plan. I'm also worried that once I start doing prep tests I'll be familiar with…
  • @mmurray9 said: @bSM45LSAT I too saw that the test timer watches are sold out except for the $55 ones. I found this comparable watch though for half the price http://toptiertimer.com/products/toptiertimer-custom-watch-for-lsat-exam Oh nice, decent…
  • It's been a full week, and I got almost everything done, except for the fact that I only read Chapters 1-2 of the Trainer, and didn't get time to Start Sufficient Assumption questions. Goals for Week 2: - Read Chapters 2-6 of Trainer (All week) - S…
  • @nicole.hopkins said: well there could be said to be certain advantages in distracting your competition Hahaha indeed! Speaking of distractions, last year when some students were writing the LSAT at my university, there was construction going on…
  • @danielznelson said: More importantly, I'm so jealous I didn't think to use Phoenix Wright as my pic. OBJECTION!! I was waiting for someone to get the reference! @nicole.hopkins said: The 35minutes.com watches are the same watches JY is talking …
  • @blah170blah said: LSAT max was having a sale so I bought a watch for like $15-20. I looked it up and that seems like a decent watch, it's at $29 which is USD, so going to be a bit higher for me, but I'll keep an eye on it if it goes on sale, tha…
  • Just discovered this thread, and since it's a Monday, this would be the perfect time to start recording my weekly goals! Goals: - Read Chapters 1-4 of Trainer (All week) - Finish Strengthening Packet Cambridge (Tues) - Move onto Validity and Must B…
  • @emli1000 said: What I did was follow 7Sage's study schedule and implemented Cambridge packets for each section. After I finished the course I started on the Trainer. Hmm interesting! I just ordered the Trainer, will receive it next Wednesday. …
  • Hmm great suggestion! My only thing is I'm reluctant to buy the Cambridge packs as I already bought all the prep tests, I mean the only real advantage is that they group the question types together, and so I could just flip through my current Offici…
  • In my opinion just buy tests 19-74 on Amazon. Save the later ones for PTs, and use earlier tests for drilling. At least that's what I'm doing. Also if I recall correctly, it cost me only like $172 for it, and I like the physical books than download…

  • @visualcreed said: Any LR questions I miss on my PT's I'll go over that question type on 7Sage, Manhattan LR, and the Trainer then do a few timed drills. I'm definitely going to buy the Trainer, but I'm not sure if I'll pick up the Manhattan LR, u…
  • Hmm sorry to intrude into this discussion, but I'm following the core curriculum for 7Sage, and I've started doing a bunch of the Problem Sets for stuff like Main Point and Weakening Questions. My problem is JY says to time the sections, but I usual…
