If I don't catch it right away, it sometimes it takes me until the second or third question in a game to recognize that I wrote something down incorrectly (e.g., when there's either more than one possible correct answer…
Incorporate a double check into your form/process. Example:
read rule - "If JY buys an alligator then he must buy a bonobo."
visually represent rule - A → B
read visual representation - "if A then B"
translate back into language a…

This is fantastic advice thank you! Do you recommend avoiding any prep tests during the week? (for reference I also have a job from 9-6pm)
Personally, the latest I'd take a PT is test day -5. That way you can review,…
There is supposed to be an update here soon. Until then, stay with the flex format and just do an additional full timed section sometime during the test, swapping between section types every PT.
I recognize Hannah, the dog show, golf/tennis rankings, and the computer virus... here are some other good ones:
27.2 Snakes and Lizards
31.2 CDs (my personal favorite)
57.3 Dinos
62.2 Stained Glass
67.4 Zones
77.3 Employee office preference

I wouldn't say you're done until you have your score in hand, but a consistent -0 is where I would refocus my efforts toward fine tuning and polishing my attack. First, we want to stay fresh/sharp, but I'll address what you're not saying with

First, thats terrible and I'm sorry that happened to you. I would never think of recommending 3 PTs a week. T…
At a certain point, review does become the most productive approach. I guess the key is that it is done with a focus on performance, not content. Like you don't need to pay to see why an answer is right or wrong... a tutor should be helping you add…
For the purposes of this test, subscripts are just to help clarify what your given variable represents. You don't have to use them. You could use any symbol, as long as you are clear on what it means.
A is not inconsistent with the stimulus. The number of injuries per 1000 decreased, but that doesn't mean the overall number of injuries decreased. The direction could easily go the other way if the overall number of skiers increased. You are commit…
I wouldn't do this one in conditional logic. It's just one of many tools we should have at our disposal to translate/understand the stimulus. This one is much more easily tackled with simple paraphrasing.

I don't use chrome anymore (now that I'm done with the test!) but it'll be in your browser functions. I think chrome has a +/- zoom adjustment when you click on settings, and there should be something like "view - fullscreen" in your options. On Saf…

Stoked to see the volume of responses here. I'll just add that this test is absolutely learnable. If you have any residual questions, please do hit me DM.
July '19 was the last 5 section paper test. The in person digital 5 section test ran until the cancelled March '20 test, which became the May '20 test/first 3 section flex test. June '21 will be the last flex test as they move to the 4 section form…
I'd consider an RC specific tutor before giving up. It often just takes a few tweaks in mindset/approach. I've found that its not uncommon for an extensive background in reading, literature, etc. to actually function as a handicap in RC. Anyone on o…

@sarahblair they opted to make this one available only to attendees and only paid students can access the recording. They specifically asked content not be shared.
For those that missed this, you will be reasonably well served by listening to the previous flex crystal ball webinars... I think there are two of them.
Without more info... If you want T14 I'd wait until the bottom end of your PT range is in the 170s. I wouldn't worry about t# of takes, but at the same time, don't take until you're ready.
