@aspiringlsater-1 AC E directly contradicts what the stimulus states. The stimulus says no more than once earthquake in 100k years, meaning at most once earthquake in 100k years. However, in AC E, it stated that in the quiet …

It sounds like you are adding in an additional assumption that earthquake rates on a given fault are constant... like we can assign "oh this one is once a million." All we have is that they never rise above 1:100000 years in a quiet zone.

I have yet to meet someone that can extract all the value from a PT at a rate of greater than 2 a week. Quality over quantity, and remember the PT's are tests the work comes in review and what you do to fix things in between tests.
Just a note that these days, while there isn't universal conformity, the pay scale starts closer to $215k base than $150k, and I would expect more firms to fall in line over time if they don't want to start hemorrhaging associates.
Also, no school …
It doesn't hurt to ask, but for many people, depositing knowing that you may lose the deposit if another school comes through is just part of the process.

The LSAT determines how well you will do in law school
I disagree with this. While many of the skills transfer (I also disagree with the critique that the test has nothing to do with school), any school that takes the GRE has a ton of people wh…
The trouble with the late 80s on is that they focus much less on your standard flaws (IMO in response to prep companies), and more on complex language/descriptive flaws... they just get sneakier.

A hold would be school dependent. Some default to holding, some don't. Some allow you to request a hold, some don't. Ask the schools.
A higher score is probably the best thing you can do for WL chances but also I wouldn't retake unless you have str…
A is pretty much outright stated.
D - The stimulus says social scientists' view of paranoia, while D is referring to paranoia itself. Even if we ignore that, we don't know that it "keeps" changing, and we don't know that any change is "along" with …
A 7 point jump in 2 weeks is a big ask. I would say your best bet is to focus on LG and timing. IMO no reason to take this test if you can't regularly go -0 on games.
Schools will say they take the scale into account, but I think you can safely assume that the actual raw number in relation to target medians is the more important factor. So a 4.33/4.33 would be more attractive than a 4.0/4.0.
I feel you... my UG …
I would like someone who voted "no" to comment and justify your response. A higher score is likely the single most persuasive thing you have control over when riding a WL. Just dont squander your takes and expect to miracle your way to a higher scor…
I mean you can't apply until after the next test anyway. If you're limited to that school and sub-median GPA, I'd make damn sure I was over median LSAT.
Prepping for the test one more time sucks (I took it 7 times... I know) but it will absolutely …
I wouldn't worry about ranking between those two.
Specialty rankings can also be ignored in general. A school can have a lower ranked specialty program but be able to readily connect you to a job while a higher ranked program may make you slightly …
If your question is whether the rule you wrote allows for an (M - L - H) sequence, then yes.
Your rule is only activated by a (H - L) or (L - M). (M - L - H) has neither.
Seems like you removed the conditional aspect and changed it into two alter…
IMO 1-2 years is well within the normal range for a 170+. Don't worry about what everyone else is doing... what you see online/hear about is not going to be representative of "normal." Focus on your own goals and your own progress.
Misc games have come up more often, just in undisclosed tests. IIRC, since FLEX there have been misc games a few times. Oct 2020 for sure.
