I took my weakest sections, and Youtubed some videos that had different explanations. Kevin Lin has some great ones on YouTube (He is now teaching RC for 7Sage!) and some videos were great introductions to the lessons here in LR and RC.
I would not think so. The universities have their admission standards on their websites for admissions into the schools. It should not change based on state.
I am pretty sure they are just going by what they might think the August tests will look it by practicing more LR sections. No one will know until the first August test takers tell us how the experience is and what the new test is like.
That is actually NOT a low GPA it is still a B. Getting a good LSAT score though is great and will open up plenty of opportunities. Just make sure you explain the GPA in the admissions process. You will be fine.
