I would say that the tips you need would depend on how your blind review scores look.
Generally speaking, two strategies that will help are intensive blind review (which will make you go through the questions quicker while using less mental energy)…
I would prioritize getting the score you want/need rather than applying earlier. you gain a lot more with a higher score than you would applying on day1.
i would say that if you do decide to write about this that you make sure to frame it in a way that affirms that it is no longer a current concern, and that it wont be disruptive to your school/career stuff in the future.

the score release date should be listed on the lsac website. from what i understand, and correct me if im wrong, but scores via email usually take 3 weeks. you should be able to receive your score before sept 1st (date that applications open).
