Practice, practice, and more practice.. These are usually the questions I skip over because they're so time consuming, I always come back to them before the time is up.
You could implement the Trainer with your 7sage prep at anytime. What i did was go through 7sage first and then after finishing the course I started on the Trainer. A lot of the material overlaps but it was mainly helpful for flaw questions and RC.

I study 8 hrs a day and take a short break every 90 mins. I also put my phone on "Do Not Disturb" mode so I can get everything done while I'm at the library.
Why don't you just continue working through the curriculum and work through all of the problem sets? That should help you a lot, especially if you're doing BR after each question you're not 100% sure about.

Just add your own sections. What I've done in the past is add an extra RC and LR section. Since when I first started taking PT my mind was done with the PT by the 2nd section. I had to build stamina for the real thing..
