Following this thread as I seem to have the same problem. Trying to get my RC more consistent. Sometimes I will go -10 sometimes I go -5, averaging out around -7. I want to get it consistently to -3 to -5.

I think you should definitely drill these. They are weird and not as standard as some of the other game types. But, when they arise, it can spook you if you haven't drilled them. I know this from experience.
I think drilling/foolproofing all of the…
Foolproof but try to understand the inferences as you foolproof. I am doing this at the moment for all the games 1-35. Some of the miscellaneous games are really interesting...
I am foolproofing 1-35 PT LGs at the moment and doing some drilling in LR and RC as well as going through the CC on Lawgic, etc. If you get a general study group going, let me know. I am interested
I think RC is counterintuitive. From my own experience, the test rewards me when I take time on passage for like 5mins and then answer questions in 30 seconds or under.
Maybe try to evaluate if this is your problem or not? I say this because, for m…

Yeah, RC is my most volatile section. Sometimes -5 sometimes -10 (timed, of course). But, trying to work on getting it down to -5 consistently at the moment.
RC is a monster. Sometimes I will do well on a section -5 (well for me) and sometimes I will do not so well, like -10. I think a big part of RC is just slowing down to try and understand what you are reading. Pay attention to the author's argument i…
I wouldn't give up. I did and I highly regret it looking back. Keep pushing you got this! If you are in the mid-high 150s try to squeeze out some more points to get to that 160 over the median of that 156 at your preferred school. You got this!!!
Thanks for this wonderful post! This definitely helped solidify my understanding of these questions and I will continue to reference back to this as I think it was excellent dive on the topic.
