The ETA for ALL Problem Set explanations is June 2016, sorry! If you're on a question without a video, feel free to ask the forums for help.
Can you specify which video? Some videos will start out blank / with nothing on the screen. Skip forward a few minutes into the video to see if there's anything.

Edit: The newer ones do have explanations, actually! Some questions are missing explanations as they're not done yet, but we're working on it.
We might! Though the release of the PT explanations might take a little bit since J.Y. has to complete the PT, then make the video for each question, etc etc on top of all the changes currently going on with the site.
