I can't speak for Kaplan (I have no idea what they're like) but some prep companies do make up questions and that is very, very bad.

Yeah, not every PT has RC/LR/etc etc yet. (At least from 1-35).

Guys, what browsers are you using when you're downloading the PTs? I just tried downloading a few on Chrome and everything is working fine on my end.
