First take, and yeah that is plenty of PT's though Idk i feel like you'll still run out pretty quickly at that pace (didn't take time to do the math :P)

also each question is different, one question you may barely even need to look at but another question takes you 20+ minutes to fully understand

no such thing as too slow, you want to BR for as long as it takes to fully grasp what was going on

I feel as though I would def hit the untouched ones, although there are slight differences they are still LSAT question that you haven't been exposed to. You can throw in a newer retake too somewhere but I wouldn't cut out the untouched

@ddakjiking yupp, any college level class is considered into your GPA (i believe that also includes AP classes-tho not 100% sure about that)

Scores come out closer to 3 weeks than 6 (Dec 6 test came out on New Years) IMO it doesnt make much of a difference bc they wont look at your application until you have a score.
