@nicole.hopkins , Thank you so much for pointing out this for me. I will definitely go through POE in test. Since I decide to put my test date off to December, I will have time to practice the right habit.
@c.janson35 n35 Thank you so much dude! In terms of BRing RC, I find correspondent support for correct AC. But there are some answer choices that can't be directly denied by passages since it is never mentioned by passages. What do you do with it? …
@c.janson35, hi dude I am actually BRing the whole test since I want to be cautious and I get every question right. My BR is around 172 and I've done 20 prep tests so far. Is it just my confidence issue or my fundamental is still not good enough? Th…
Since I am studying full-time in the summer, I am studying around 8 hours per day and I take sunday off. LSAT is tough and it definitely takes lots of time and effort.
You can cut some questions out and paste them in a notebook and then do them time to time. If you do them more than 3 times and you never miss any of them, then you can remove these questions. When you find that your notebook is getting thinner and …
I picture myself as Rocky Balboa and LSAT as my competitor. Every question I solve is a jab to crushing my competitor. Sometimes Rocky's theme song melody would come to my mind when I just killed LG. I felt that I sound so aggressive.
@yhkim0310, with 55 minutes per section and you still score 150, I think this is a sign of fundamental issues. I think you need to review some 7sage logic lessons. English is my second language too and I also struggle with RC. But the only way to im…
@beyondsudi, Hi 哥们儿(Bro), I am a Chinese too and I practiced the LSAT for almost a year. LSAT is the most important part in your Law school admission. It either makes or breaks your law school admission. After I practiced LSAT, I realized that t…
so you redid PT60s and 70s and then do fresh other fresh PTs? For the score that you get consistently recently, is that from fresh test or the tests you retook? Thank you @7sagelsatstudent180
@Pacifico, thank you for pointing out my issue---- i worry too much. it happens a lot even in my logic games that i got the right answer but I always try to prove other choices wrong in order to move on without worry. It seems that i need to be more…
@Pacifico , you are right, I sometimes got stuck in MP questions too even if I had a paraphrased answer in my mind. By the way, do you predict answers when you do some of RC questions, such as weakening or strengthening questions? Thank you man!!
@c.janson35 , dude, thank you for your advice. But what is mental map according to your opinion? like each paragraph's purpose and how they are related to the MP? Then, when I do MSS question and inference questions, do I refer answer choices to the…
@c.janson35, thanks man. I have serious trouble with most strongly supported question and inference questions in RC because I got stuck in 2 or 3 answer choices all the time.
@harrismegan, does reading for structure mean getting to know the purpose of this paragraph such as if this paragraph provides support to the main point or introduces opposite views? I mean I have hard time referring back to the passage and it waste…
@harrismegan, what if you've already spotted the right answer choice, do you still go through the POE and make sure your answer is 100 percent correct? Thank you
@DumbHollywoodActor , I did the same thing. After all, majority of questions are in the second page and the question on the first page usually asks you to apply all the rules to it.
Even if you know the answer, it is still helpful that you try your best figuring out why wrong answer choices are wrong when you reuse, this is what I think. However, @7sagelsatstudent180, do you save the last 4 or 5 PT for final prep?
@Pacifico . Thank you man. I think RC Training is a great way to improve my English reading and short-term memory. LSAT is not only the way to go to Law school but a great way to prepare us to study in Law school.
@blah170blah I totally vibe with you. I've been working really hard on LSAT for almost a year and I just saw some results recently. I have not taken the test yet, but I know exactly how it feels when your hard work did not actually work out the same…
