Yes I remember my confidence also dropping when I took 79. I dropped 4 points from where I'm usually scoring. The RC for that was just ridiculous lol. Honestly though I'm not gonna think too hard about how I do on each PT because it all depends on w…
PT 79 RC was killer. Like I can't believe I'm this bad at reading, I especially hated the second passage. If I didn't do so poorly there I would've done way better sigh. LG though I surprised myself? Managed to only miss 5 despite the last one being…
Was totally in the same boat and only recently have I seen improvements. One thing that helped was that I stopped looking for the answer in the answer choices. The answer was in the stimulus. In other words, stick to the passage. Train your eyes to …
@sebramirez Thank you, I've definitely experienced when I take a break and then come back and improve significantly. This is my first time scoring over 160 and I feel that I need to keep studying for now before taking a break (which I definitely wil…
I think the standard has changed over time and it's become more commonplace to submit 2-page resumes. I'd say a majority of admissions and employers acknowledge that 1 page is not enough to say everything. Like what many have said here of course you…
A lot of people also like using Loophole by Ellen Cassidy if you're aiming to ace the LR section, I'm reading it at the moment and I find it very useful.
You could turn each section into a problem set (via resources tab). Just pick one of the LR sections and then make the other LR section for practice. Then just take the sections as you would under the conditions of the actual test (this is difficult…
Sorry to hear about some of your bad experiences Do they have a period in the beginning where they test the audio, connection, etc, before officially starting the exam? Like even 10-15 minutes troubleshooting everything to make sure it's all in pla…
I think if you took a closer look at what you're getting wrong maybe you'll see a pattern? For example maybe it's a particular question type that you're not as strong at, let's say it's Argument part. Your first section had more AP than the second s…
I think I would be cautious of trying to use that method to eliminate answer choices. Like what @Magnificent2021 said, the structure of the argument is more important. This might seem obvious, but in these types of questions, there is only one answe…
Hey, the same thing happened to me back in October when I started studying. Personal stuff was happening and I just fell out of the good rhythm I had made. I am not sure when you are planning on taking the exam, but it's definitely not too late to g…
You can turn any prep test you have access to into untimed through the problem sets resource! Just create a new problem set and then search up "PT __" and then select all the questions. That way you can adjust the prep test's time limits.
Just wanted to add I think they are flexible on refunds if you happened to move your test date before they announced the fee waiver. I changed mine to July earlier in March when things were starting to get hectic and I called just this morning and t…
Thank you @danielbrowning208 and @taschasp, I appreciate the insight! I was starting to feel discouraged but remembering the fundamentals of why BR is so important and the goal of it helps me stay grounded. This also reminds me the proper way to do …
