  • Sorry for the irrelevant question, but I wasn't sure where to ask. When will the PT 75 video explanations be uploaded?
  • If we've already written a personal statement and a diversity statement, what are we expected to/what should we write for the Yale 250-word essay? Is that an essay in place of a diversity statement?
  • @7sagelsatstudent180 Yes, make it a thread!

  • I'm also looking to buy an LSAT watch. Would love to hear which ones you guys have bought and your thoughts on them.
  • I would say go in order (save the best for last!). Alternatively, skip the first two episodes, but John WIlliams' music is just too amazing to skip episode III.
  • Haha @JayLau18 thanks but to be honest, I have zero motivation. I'm pretty burnt out. It's just a lot of self-discipline, since I know this is my last shot and I desperately need the scholarship money/want to make it to my dream school. Also, I have…
  • @poohbear Thanks, you too!
  • Hey, thanks for your quick replies @"Quick Silver" Yes, I took a couple of the PTs in the 60s about a year ago, pretty early on in my studying. @c.janson35 I'm leaving about a week and a half at the end to solidify/do basic review. I won't be le…
  • If you feel ready, I'd recommend taking the October LSAT, since many schools do rolling admissions and you want to submit your application as early as possible. Also, by taking the Dec LSAT you miss some early decision deadlines and scholarship oppo…
  • When should/shouldn't we write addenda? Any advice on how to avoid sounding whiny when explaining mitigating circumstances for a low GPA or LSAT score?
  • Like everyone is saying, I'd recommend retaking. On another note, how did you guys find out your LSAC GPA? Can anyone direct me to where/how I can find mine?
  • @nicole.hopkins I'm not sure whether to lmbo or cry at the fact that there's even a website called lawyerswithdepression.com
  • Aw, wish I could work for 7sage!! Too bad you're not offering this position 3 years from now lol.
  • Hi @Pacifico, thanks for replying. For the last several PTs, I've been circling questions I'm not 100% on, but then I BR the entire test. This gives me a better idea of the questions I struggle with under timed conditions and I try and figure out wh…
  • 1) There's nothing 7sage can do about it. While it's very unfortunate for everyone involved, all test-takers are in the same boat as you, since PDFs of the PTs are unavailable to anyone anymore. 2) You shouldn't feel cheated; as @GSUHopeful mentione…
  • Have any photos been selected? Curious to see them :}
  • If you want a LG bundle organized by game type, you can buy the Cambridge LG pack.

  • Now that you're done with the curriculum, I think you'd benefit most from taking PTs. Refer to the Cambridge packs and curriculum as needed for the question types or topics you struggle with most as you go along.

  • You def made the right choice to postpone. You shouldn't take the LSAT unless you're scoring in the range you're aiming for. I don't know for sure, but as far as I know, it looks a lot better in your law school app that you only took it once vs two…
  • In my experience, it was like 30-40 min of check-in/reading the rules before the test started. It was around 10 min at the end of the test to collect all the material. Def didn't take 7 hours.
  • When are you registered to take the exam? This Monday or October? If you're taking it on Monday and you say re-scheduling is not an option, take the weekend off and do an easy LG section or two as warm up before the test. Meditate, relax, and de-str…
  • @"B.L. Walsh" congrats, that's really great! Like everyone else, happy for you and I admire the effort you put in :} P.S. Who is that in your pic? I forgot the guy/character's name but his Youtube vids are hilarious
  • For me, I considered my career goals and where I want to work. With that in mind, I made a list of schools that interest me and depending on my LSAT score, I'll decide whether it's realistic to apply to all of those schools or only a few.
  • @kicurtis I 100% sympathize with your situation, since I feel the same. I'll be taking the LSAT for the 3rd time in October and I feel a lot of pressure to perform well. Currently I'm PTing in the range I would ultimately be happy with, but I'm worr…
  • I found the Cambridge packs to be a great supplement/complement to the 7sage curriculum and material. I'd recommend buying them.
  • @FLAguyNSeoul If you don't already, I would get one of the packages for the 7sage course and start going through the curriculum while you wait for the PTs. I also highly recommend getting a copy of the LSAT Trainer.
  • @gstar2015 Depending on how much you have to study, it's possible to get those points before the June test day. However, if your concern about test locations being full in Oct is the only reason why you're afraid to cancel in June, the LSAT would be…
  • I think it'd be fine. You'd get your score back the first week of November. If you prepare for everything else while you're waiting for your test scores and submit your applications as soon as you get your results back, you should be fine. I'm takin…
  • @blah170blah How do you like the LSATMax watch? Even if it doesn't go on sale in June, it's still way cheaper than the 180 watch and they look like pretty much the same thing. Also, is the face of the watch a reasonable size? It looked sort of small…
  • Def agree with @Pacifico about practicing under strict, timed conditions so you get used to it. Since you've finished the curriculum, in addition to working through the LG Bundle, it might be a good idea to take at least one timed practice test a we…
